S4VOR Launches Free Restaurant Platform — A Complete Digital Toolkit at $0/Month

New York, NY — March 1, 2026 — S4VOR ("Find Your Flavor") launches today as the only restaurant platform where the core product is permanently free. No commissions on orders. No monthly software fees. No contracts. No catch.

Every restaurant on S4VOR gets a complete digital toolkit — online ordering, digital waitlist, table reservations, a customer CRM, kitchen display system, reporting and analytics, walk-in order management, and team accounts — tools that would normally cost $300–$600 per month from multiple vendors combined.

This is not a free trial. This is not a promotional offer. This is the permanent structure of the business.

Why This Exists

The restaurant industry is being squeezed from every direction. Third-party delivery platforms like DoorDash, UberEats, and Grubhub take 15–30% of every order — money that comes directly out of already razor-thin margins. To compensate, restaurants raise prices, which means customers pay more, eat out less, and order less. Everyone loses except the platform.

Meanwhile, the digital tools restaurants need to survive — online ordering, waitlists, reservations, a decent website — are sold by companies that charge hundreds per month in software fees, hardware leases, and per-transaction commissions. Toast, OpenTable, Owner.com, Resy, Yelp Waitlist — they all monetize the restaurant.

For a small independent spot doing $500K–$1M in annual revenue, these costs add up to tens of thousands of dollars a year. Money that could go toward better ingredients, higher wages, or just keeping the lights on.

"Nobody is building for the person behind the counter," said Tony Le, founder and CEO of S4VOR. "They're cooks, hosts, and hustlers who got into this business because they love food. They shouldn't need to evaluate 15 SaaS vendors and negotiate contracts just to take an online order."

What Every Restaurant Gets — Free

S4VOR replaces multiple vendors with a single platform. Here's what every restaurant receives at no cost:

Online Ordering — Full menu with categories, modifiers, dietary tags, and item photos. Customers order pickup or delivery directly from the restaurant's page. No middleman, no commission. Stripe processes payments and deposits directly to the restaurant's bank account.

Digital Waitlist — Customers join from their phone before they arrive. The restaurant manages the queue from a dashboard or a full-screen host mode built for tablets at the front desk. SMS notifications alert guests when their table is ready.

Table Reservations — Calendar-based booking with time slots, party size, special requests, and automatic confirmation numbers. Customers book online; the restaurant manages everything from the same dashboard. Full-screen host mode included.

Customer CRM — Every interaction is tracked automatically. Order history, waitlist visits, reservation count, total spend, and visit frequency are computed per customer. Owners can tag customers (VIP, Birthday, Catering, Allergy), add notes, and identify who's at risk of leaving. CSV import and export included.

Kitchen Display System — A full-screen order view designed for the kitchen. Staff see incoming orders in real time, mark individual items as done, and track order progress. No extra hardware required — it runs on any tablet or screen with a browser.

Reporting & Analytics — Revenue by day, top-selling items, order breakdown by type (pickup vs. delivery), busiest hours, and waitlist and reservation summaries. Filterable by time range. Built for a quick glance between lunch and dinner service, not an analyst with a spreadsheet.

Walk-In Order Management — Ring up walk-in customers directly from the dashboard. Same menu, same modifiers, same checkout flow — just without the customer-facing step.

Team Accounts — Add staff with custom permissions. Create roles like Manager, Host, or Kitchen — each person only sees the tools they need.

Restaurant Public Page — Every restaurant gets its own page on S4VOR with their menu, hours, location, reviews, and all three services (ordering, waitlist, reservations) in one place. No separate website needed.

How S4VOR Makes Money (Without Charging Restaurants)

Revenue comes from a small platform fee paid by the diner — not the restaurant. At a $30 average order, the fee is about $0.57 (1.9%, capped at $2.00). That's it.

Optional paid services exist for restaurants that want them — a Pro Website with a custom domain ($99/month) and SMS marketing campaigns ($0.04/message) — but the core platform will always be free.

"The business model is the product," Le said. "We don't need to extract money from restaurants to be profitable. That's the whole point."

White-Glove Onboarding — Every Restaurant, No Charge

Every restaurant that joins S4VOR receives hands-on setup at no cost. The S4VOR team:

  • Builds the restaurant's full menu (items, categories, modifiers, photos)
  • Configures hours, delivery zones, waitlist rules, and reservation settings
  • Updates the restaurant's Google Business profile with their S4VOR link
  • Gets the restaurant live — typically within 48 hours
The restaurant owner sends a menu photo and confirms their hours. S4VOR handles everything else.

The Founder's Story

Tony Le built every line of S4VOR's code. He's also a former restaurant owner and the son of a chef who ran a restaurant business. S4VOR isn't an abstract startup idea — it comes from watching an industry he grew up in get squeezed by platforms that were supposed to help.

"I had a restaurant. Between the delivery platform commissions, the software fees, and the financial pressure those costs created — I had to dissolve the company," Le said. "That experience stayed with me. So I built the platform I wish had existed."

Le also runs Concierge Live, a separate business with an existing team in the Philippines who handle S4VOR's sales, onboarding, and support operations from day one — giving S4VOR a fully operational team at launch without venture funding.

What Restaurants Will Never Pay

ItemCost to Restaurant
Commissions on orders$0 forever
Monthly fee for the core platform$0 forever
Setup or onboarding fee$0 forever
Fee to access customer data$0 forever

The Commitment

"Join us to support local restaurants." That tagline is not marketing. It is the business model.

The restaurant industry does not need another platform that charges restaurants for the privilege of being found. It does not need another company that starts free and then quietly introduces commissions and monthly fees once restaurants are locked in.

S4VOR's commitment: the core platform will always be free for restaurants. Optional paid services will always be optional, always be fairly priced, and always be something the restaurant chooses — never something they are forced into.
