Restaurants deserve better.

Third-party platforms take 15–30% of every order. They own your customers, your data, and your margins. S4vor exists to change that.

The Problem

The restaurant industry runs on razor-thin margins — typically 3–9%. Yet the platforms restaurants are forced to rely on charge 15–30% per order. That's not a partnership. That's a tax.

DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub — they spend billions on SEO and marketing to insert themselves between restaurants and their customers. When someone searches for your restaurant, they find a third-party page. When that customer orders, the platform takes the cut. When that customer reorders, the platform owns the relationship.

Restaurants didn't ask for this. But they can't afford to opt out. If you're not on these platforms, you're invisible.

Our Mission

S4vor gives restaurants the digital tools they need — online ordering, delivery management, waitlist, and reservations — completely free. No monthly fees. No per-order commissions. No contracts.

We believe restaurants should own their digital presence. Your customers are your customers. Your data is your data. Your margins are yours.

This isn't freemium with an asterisk. The core tools that restaurants need to operate are free, today and always. We make money when restaurants choose to upgrade to premium marketing tools — SMS campaigns, loyalty programs, advanced analytics — the things that help them grow, not just survive.

The Math Speaks for Itself

30%

What delivery platforms charge restaurants per order. On a $50 order, that's $15 gone.

3–9%

Average restaurant profit margin. After platform fees, many restaurants lose money on every delivery order.

$0

What S4vor charges for ordering, delivery tools, waitlist, and reservations. Free means free.

Why Free?

Because the tools restaurants need to take orders and manage their dining room shouldn't be a luxury. They should be infrastructure. Like having a phone line or a front door.

We keep costs low by building lean, staying focused, and not subsidizing a fleet of delivery drivers. S4vor isn't a delivery service — it's a platform that gives restaurants the technology to manage their own operations, on their own terms.

When restaurants grow and want more — marketing tools, customer insights, loyalty programs — those premium features are there. But the foundation is always free.

Built by a Restaurant Kid

S4vor was founded by Tony Le. Tony grew up in his dad's Chinese takeout — restaurants have been part of his life for as long as he can remember. That love for food, for cooking, for eating out — it never left.

When Tony opened Daikon Carrot in Jersey City, NJ, he thought the hardest part would be the food. Turns out it was the platforms. Between 30% commission fees eating into every order and a partnership that fell apart, Daikon Carrot closed its doors in December 2024.

S4vor is what Tony wished existed when he was running his own restaurant. With over 15 years of experience as a product manager and serial entrepreneur — running multiple businesses including 5 nail salons — Tony understands both the technology and the daily reality of restaurant operations. S4vor isn't built from a Silicon Valley boardroom. It's built from behind the counter, by someone who's been there.

What We Believe

Restaurants should own their customers

Your customers ordered from you, not from an app. Their data, their loyalty, their relationship — that belongs to you.

Essential tools should be free

Online ordering, waitlist, and reservations are the cost of doing business in 2026. Charging a monthly fee or a per-order commission for these basics is predatory.

Technology should work for restaurants, not against them

We build tools that fit into how restaurants actually operate — not the other way around. Simple, fast, no training manual required.

Grow together

We only make money when restaurants choose to invest in growth. Our incentives are aligned — if you succeed, we succeed.
