The Founder

I opened Daikon Carrot in Jersey City thinking the hardest part would be the food. It wasn't. It was watching a third of every delivery order disappear to an app that didn't cook a single thing. It was paying hundreds a month for basic tools just to keep up. It was realizing the platforms built to “help” restaurants were actually built to profit from them.
I grew up in this industry. I've lived the early morning prep shifts, the late-night closes, the razor-thin margins that make you question everything. I love this world — the people, the food, the way a neighborhood restaurant becomes part of the community.
S4VOR is what I wished existed when I was running my own place. A platform that actually serves the restaurant — not the other way around. With 15+ years building products and a lifetime in this industry, I understand both the technology and the daily reality of keeping the doors open.
I didn't start S4VOR to build a tech company. I started it because I believe restaurants deserve better than what's out there. And I'm not going to stop until every restaurant has access to the tools they need — for free.
